DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (INDIA)
1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Timelines
We offer flat-rate shipping across our entire domestic delivery network:
Shipping Fee: A Free shipping all orders within India.
Delivery Window: Your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Regional Variations: Metro cities generally receive packages within 3 to 5 days, while remote areas, Jammu & Kashmir, and the Northeast may take up to the full 7 days.
2. Order Processing and Tracking
Processing: Orders are packed and handed over to our logistics partners within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

3. Return to Origin (RTO) and Legal Liability
A Return to Origin (RTO) occurs when the courier company cannot deliver the package and returns it to our warehouse. The customer will be held legally and financially accountable for the absolute cost of return shipping and RTO operational charges IF the return is caused by any of the following customer actions:
Incorrect Details: Providing an invalid, incomplete, or wrong shipping address, landmark, or PIN code.
Unreachable Contact: Providing an incorrect phone number or failing to answer verification calls from the delivery executive across multiple days.
Refusal of Delivery: Intentionally refusing to accept a prepaid or requested package at the doorstep without valid justification.
Absent Recipient: Failing to collect the package after 3 consecutive delivery attempts by our courier partner.
4. Consequence of RTO Financial Liability
If a package is returned to our facility due to customer negligence as listed above:
Deduction from Refund: The actual RTO fee charged by the logistics carrier will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Reshipping Charges: If you request the package to be shipped again, you must pay the accrued RTO penalty charge before dispatch.
